Ordering
To place an order please E-mail us or call us at your convenience.  It is best to look at our parts list page on our website and have an exact list of the parts you are in need of before you contact us.  

Payments and Shipping

We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, and U.S. Money Orders. Please note that if you decide to send a personal check we will have to wait for your check to clear with our bank before sending out your parts. We also now are accepting payments via PayPal. Our PayPal email address is purringpumas@san.rr.com. Please note that all PayPal orders are subject to a 5% service charge. Typically, the most efficient method of payment is a U.S. Money Order. Please make all payments payable to Alan d'Escragnolle.

 

It is our policy to ship orders the next business day following receipt of payment. 

Sales Tax


All orders shipped to a California address will be subject to California state sales tax (7.75%).

Returns

Customers are responsible for postage on all returns. We will gladly exchange or give full refunds on any returned part as long as the part is in new and unused condition. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original shipping date. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please note: We do not accept returns on electrical parts or brake master cylinders.

Damaged orders:

Upon receiving your order please inspect it IMMEDIATELY. If you discover parts are damaged do not send the parts back to Purring Pumas. You must file a claim with the carrier. Typically this must be done within 10 business days. Do not dismantle the package, the carrier will need to inspect the shipping box and materials. If your shipment is unpacked, the carrier will void your claim. Please contact us immediately if there are any damage to your parts.
