How do I place an order or ask a technical question
You may send us an e-mail to parts@purringpumas.com and request a quote for the parts you are interested in purchasing. We typically respond to you by the next business day. You may also call us in the evenings or weekends and leave us a message at +1 (858) 453-8383.

If you do not see the part you need listed here, please let us know what it is and we can work to find it through our suppliers. Once we locate the part, we will provide you a price and lead time quote.

If you do not see it in our you are seeking, we probably do not have it.

Why is Purring Pumas unable to provide me with a full price catalog
Due to the nature of Puma parts, their scarcity, inflation in Brazil and the international monetary exchange fluctuations, our inventory is constantly changing and we are unable to publish a full price catalog.

I have received a price quote via phone or email, how long is my quote good for?
Your price quote is good for 30 days. Parts availability is subject to sales after the initial 14 days.

How can I pay for my order?
Payment is via PayPal to alfredo.descragnolle@gmail.com. Our policy is to ship parts on the next business day following receipt of payment. We can arrange for payments via Bank certified checks or even personal checks. In those circumstances the shipment will be sent after the check clears at the bank. Please, make all payments payable to Alfredo d’Escragnolle.

Can I order items COD?
We are unable to fulfill orders via COD.

My shipping address is in California, am I subject to sales tax?
Yes, all orders shipped to California address are subject to California 7.75% sales tax. Yes, all to a California address are subject to 7.75 California Sales taxes

How do I track my order?
For US orders over $20.00, we will provide you with a USPS Tracking Number or a UPS Tracking Number, withing 24 hours of the shipment. Typically, we ship small domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail. Larger orders are typically shipped via UPS. Unfortunately, for some international orders, we are unable to provide a tracking number. The availability of the tracking number depends on the form of shipment (Priority, Express, etc.).

Once I receive my parts, what should I do?
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it IMMEDIATELY. If you discover parts were damaged , please contact us immediately.

For damaged UPS orders: 
Please contact UPS directly at 1-800-PICKUPS.  Do not dismantle the package as UPS will need to inspect the shipping box and materials.  If your shipment is unpacked, the carrier will void your claim.

For damaged USPS orders: 
Please contact USPS at 1-800-ASKUSPS.  Do not dismantle the package as USPS will need to inspect the shipping box and materials.  If your shipment is unpacked, the carrier will void your claim.

What is your return policy?
Customers are responsible for postage on all returns. We will gladly exchange or give full retuirns on any part as long as the part is new and in unused condition, in the original packaging. All returns must be return shipped within 30 days of the original shipping date. Please, note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please, note: We do not accept returns on electrical parts or brake master cylinders.
